@DIRECTV I am pretty ticked off that when my 2 yr agreement expired U was told me to call to get a better pricing. So I called,Loyalty discount was a lousy $10. sh*t no wonder why your bleeding customers! Well my signal doesn’t go out now with Xfinity when it rains. My 2 cents!

@kaaaaylee Same! It’s a dish service or spectrum/xfinity in wmass. My hometown is starting their own fiber through the electric company, which is pretty awesome. But Spectrum is the worst by far... outdated cable, terrible pricing and outages without warning.

Can @Xfinity @XfinitySupport do a better job with their customer svc phone line? Why does it take almost 10 mins for someone to talk to an agent? There should be an easier way to talk to a agent instead of going through 5-12 steps just to reach an CSR

Shoutout to @Xfinity for being a ****** ******* internet provider. Almost 28hrs with no internet because a technician cut off the apartment to run the internet to our neighbors above us. And now they have been giving us the ******* runaround all god damn day
