We were 0 for 3 on @UPS deliveries today and all of them are marked delivered. I work from home and didn't leave my house once today (pandemic, what up). The UPS truck didn't even come down my road (I live on a dead end street w/5 other houses and watched for them).

I kid you not. Happens 100% of the time.@FedEx, @Amazon Prime, @UPS, etc. If the delivery person is a person of color, THEY ARE *ALWAYS* WEARING A MASK. Sometimes even gloves. If they are not, THEY ARE *NEVER* WEARING A MASK.What the hell… WEAR. YOUR. MASK.

Hey @UPS What's the deal with your service?Went into your local Store on Sat. Nov 12 to return a package for an unknown recipient at my address. Your employee simply crossed out the delivery info and wrote RTS on the package. It showed up on my door step again today!

@UPS has the absolute worst customer service. And it’s not even the people. Their automated answering is by far the most frustrating thing ever! Got hung up on twice because no one wanted to answer. ridiculous 🙄

@AmazonHelp So now @UPS have transferred my package to USPS and now the delivery date is tomorrow!!! This is infuriating. It was important to have it last weekend. Please tell me why this happens with important stuff.

@UPS this is the second time one of your delivery drivers has delivered something knowing it’s broken. You can hear it rattling. This time, he actually dropped the package in front of us. Without saying a word, just leaves.

Holy **** @UPS might have worse customer service than @ATT which says a lot! Also, their website is a ******* joke. How hard is it to help someone who had a package “delivered” but nothing was there when they got home? So ridiculous.

It takes 3 licks to get to the center of a tootsie pop but it takes MORE than three delivery companies to get a package delivered @amazon @ups @usps. It’s not even Christmas. They don’t even have their grinch costumes on yet & haven’t started hiding gifts. Maybe they practicing.
