Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. ๐

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin ๐ญ we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to sh*te versions of both. ๐

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

When you switch from @Plusnet because their service is abysmal, but they still try to take your money. So you call them and their arrogant staff hang up on you. Annnddd they wonder why you switched ๐ฅด๐ฅด

Morning @Plusnet thereโs been a network error on and off for the last 10 days that wonโt be dealt with until Saturday. The ppl Iโve spoken with at Plusnet have been as helpful as they can but itโs unreasonable that customers should have to pay more because of plusnets issue, no?

Incredibly bad service from @Plusnet which provides @johnlewishelp broadband. Incredibly rude call handler. Making no allowance for my circ*mstances, offering no options. At a stressful time, I now have to change providers๐คท๐ผ๐ฎโ๐จ
