Almost a month in and feel great
I had emailed to return this product as the taste is absolutely vile. But almost a month in and I can see and feel the difference. I am 51 and on HRT, go to the gym 3-4 times a week and lift weights to keep my muscle. Less aches and pains, better strength and just generally feel and look better. Won’t be returning my other two packs now.
Tip however - eat something, as you are about to swallow pop one in the mouth and swallow quickly. It’s the only bearable way to take them
