@JosuexJuJu @Xfinity You know what's worst it's when we paying soo much just so they can have outages and work slow on fixing it. Like some smaller companies can do way better. I guess the bigger the company the higher demand of reps they need soo like quantity over quality

Can @Xfinity @XfinitySupport do a better job with their customer svc phone line? Why does it take almost 10 mins for someone to talk to an agent? There should be an easier way to talk to a agent instead of going through 5-12 steps just to reach an CSR

Shoutout to @Xfinity for being a ****** ******* internet provider. Almost 28hrs with no internet because a technician cut off the apartment to run the internet to our neighbors above us. And now they have been giving us the ******* runaround all god damn day

@jeff_gluck My solution: Take out the Indy Car race, have Xfinity and Cup run the Roadcourse Saturday and Oval for Cup Sunday. Simple as that. Don’t have to alternate years! It should be plainly a NASCAR weekend. The Indy Car race is redundant anyways and they have all the month of May!
