  • 1 stalk celery sliced crosswise
  • 2 tbsp White Onion chopped
  • 200 grams chicken breast fillet cubed
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 pcs chicken broth cube
  • 100 grams elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 2 cups Baguio Pechay or Pak-Choi shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 pinch white pepper ground
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • hearty ingredients optional: spinach, kale, mushrooms, malunggay leaves

Instructions

  • In a huge pot or pan, put oil over medium heat.

  • Next, add the onions and garlic. Sauté them until soft.

    2 tbsp White Onion, 2 cloves Garlic

  • Then, add celery and sauté for one more minute.
