The company says they help but they just lead you in circles if you ask for help. Cancellation is not easily available even though they allow you to enroll right away. To cancel required completing a google doc and then waiting for a response. Avoid this grease out of a company. You’re better off calling local low cost dentist to request out of pocket estimate prices and getting services that way. Don’t waste your time or money.

We completed a medicare enrollment for my dad online. 2 weeks later and still no calls or any letters about the plan we picked. We checked Medicare.gov and they never enrolled my dad, what did they do with his personal information? We called Aetna today and completed the enrollment ourselves.

We do go back to her, though, annually, for help with the Part D prescription plan. Every year she makes recommendations and helps us choose the best one...even when that "best one" is not one that she works with (i.e.; gets paid a commission for). Kathe's long-term view of things is refreshing, and she has a great team.
