Unfortunately, it takes me about 2 weeks from start to finish to produce a single video (planning, testing, filming, taking food photos, editing the video & photos, writing the blog post, creating the social media content, etc). But, as my channel continues to grow, my hope is that I can hire some help so I can produce more content for y’all more frequently ☺️ (and the 5-day meal preps actually take about 3 weeks 😬♥️)
